BIBLICAL COUNSELING – HYBRID CLASS

Believing that God’s Word is sufficient for dealing with the moral and spiritual issues of life, Westside Church and Heartland Church Network are co-sponsoring a training designed to equip ALL believers to minister Scripture to hurting people in a way that offers both encouraging hope and life-changing help.

The successful completion of all sessions leads to a certification in biblical counseling endorsed by the Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Students are required to purchase Counseling by the Book: Revised and Expanded Edition, by Dr. John Babler, Nicolas Ellen and Biblical Crisis Counseling, Not if But When, Dr. John Babler.

Additional Information

In addition, students will be involved in discussions of case study material, practical application, role plays, and a Biblical overview of the importance of marriage and family. There are other advanced training opportunities available through Southwestern Seminary.

Note

Students must attend all five sessions in order to receive a Certificate of Completion for the course.
